Adding a Personal Property

Add a personally-owned property

If you have a personal property in your portfolio and would like to bring it onto the GetGround platform, you can start by following the steps below:

1. Login to your dashboard
2. From the Portfolio page, select Add to portfolio
   
   
   
3. From the options given, choose Add a property
   
   
   
4. As you are adding a personally-owned property, select Add property only
   
   
   
5. Enter your UK property address and our system will automatically locate it for you
6. You will be given two options (please choose the most relevant)
   
   1. I own this property already
   2. I'm buying this property
7. If you are happy with the details you have given, press Confirm and submit

Removing a personally-owned property

You may want to remove the property from your portfolio. You can do this by following the steps below:

1. Login to your dashboard
2. From the Portfolio page, select Properties
   
   
3. Click on the property and select Delete property
