Our platform makes it incredibly easy to view your personally-owned properties and access market insights

Add a personally-owned property

If you have a personal property in your portfolio and would like to bring it onto the GetGround platform, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your dashboard
  2. From the Portfolio page, select Add to portfolio

  3. From the options given, choose Add a property

  4. As you are adding a personally-owned property, select Add property only

  5. Enter your UK property address and our system will automatically locate it for you
  6. You will be given two options (please choose the most relevant)
    1. I own this property already
    2. I'm buying this property
  7. Once you've reviewed your details, select Confirm and submit

Removing a personally-owned property

To remove a personally-owned property from your portfolio, follow the steps below: ⚠️ Please note: Deleting a property is permanent and cannot be undone.

  1. Log in to your dashboard
  2. From the Portfolio page, select Properties

  3. Click the more options icon next to the property tab and select Delete property
