You can easily set up a standing order from your company account. To do this, you’ll first need to log onto your Business Account and select ‘Standing Orders” as shown below. You’ll need to select “Add a new standing order”
Then, you’ll need to enter the details for the standing order that you would like to set up.
Once you select “Next”, you will then be shown a pop-up which will provide a summary of the transaction details. Please confirm that this information is correct.
After confirming your details, you will then need to complete the security checks. This is to ensure that we keep your account safe.
To verify your account, you’ll either receive an SMS or will need to check your Google Authenticator app to retrieve the security code needed to proceed with the transaction. (This process is the same as what you use to log into your GetGround account). For more details on how this works, please visit our guide to Logging into Your Account.
Depending on which verification method you use (SMS or Google Authenticator), you will receive a six-digit authentication code which you will need to input into the blank boxes underneath the heading “OTP NUMBER”.
Once you have entered the code, you can then set up the standing order by clicking “Schedule Payment” as shown below:
You will then be taken back to the main Standing Orders page and the transaction will appear at the top of the page. On this page, you can view, edit, or delete any standing orders that you have set up.
