You will need to request an international account from your GetGround dashboard as this is not automatically enabled on your Company Account.
To do this, you’ll need to select “Add Money” on your dashboard and click “Open international Account”. Once you’ve done this, you’ll then be able to see your international account details after a couple of seconds. Your international account will come with an IBAN (International Bank Account Number) and BIC (Bank Identifier Code) as standard on all company accounts.
All international payments to GetGround Company Accounts are handled through our partner, CurrencyCloud.
