Once your company has been incorporated, your monthly subscription will begin. Payments will be due on the same day every month. Your subscription to GetGround includes:
A Business Account with sort code and account number
Annual accounts filing
ATED filing (if required)
Mail forwarding services
Registered office address
When you design your company, we ask that you authorise a standing order from your Business Account to us to take care of your monthly subscription. All you need to do is make sure that you top up the balance in your account to ensure that you have sufficient funds to pay off your subscription fee. Check out our guide on funding your account to learn how to do this.
We’ll also send you a notification if there is an insufficient balance in your account to cover your monthly subscription, and we’ll remind you if you need to top up your payment. If you do miss a payment though, there’s no need to worry! Simply log onto your dashboard and use our “Settle Up Function” to take care of any missed payments without penalties.
