If you have received an email from us about your missed subscription payment, this is most likely because you did not have sufficient funds in your Business Account to cover the payment.

In order to make sure that this does not happen, please make sure that you fund your Business Account. We’ll also send you reminders when a payment is due, as well as provide a “To Do” in your GetGround dashboard to make it easier for you to pay:

Once your account has been funded, you can then use our ‘Settle Up’ feature to pay all missed subscriptions in one click. This option can be found on your Company Dashboard or Company Account page:
