You can access your company details anytime via our platform giving you access to everything you need

Locating your company page

Your company details are easy to access, with all essential information presented in one place.

You can easily locate the details of any company you own, directly from your dashboard by following the steps below:

  1. From the "Portfolio" page, select "Company" 
  2. Select your company
  3. You should now see your Company page

Your Company details

Overview

This section will give you an overview of the following important company details such as:

  • Your registered office address
  • UTR (Unique Tax Reference) code
  • Company registration number
  • Incorporation date

Your UTR will usually arrive between 3-6 weeks upon company incorporation

Shareholders

You can view your current company share structure and request any necessary changes. If you want to request a share-transfer for your company, see our share transfer guide. 

Your property purchase details

This section will give you information on the property/properties that your company holds and give you quick insights into how it's performing.

View files

We may receive mail on your behalf, and you can also store important company documents securely. Click View files to open your documents area, where you can view all files related to your company.

Other important details about your company

SIC Code

All GetGround companies have the SIC code 68209 (Other letting and operating of own or leased real estate). This SIC code is suitable for all the activities that you might undertake for a buy-to-let company.

Companies House Authentication Code

When your company is incorporated, we receive an authentication code from Companies House which we then store securely. If you or your solicitor ever need it, send us an email at gethelp@getground.co.uk and we can provide it for you.

We will never send this code to you by email and will instead ensure that it is accessible to you through a secure platform.
