What documents do I need to provide to set up my property with Lettings & Management

  • Proof of ownership (Land Registry record, completion statement from your solicitor, or mortgage agreement).
  • Compliance certificates (Energy Performance Certificate, Electrical Installation Condition Report, Gas Safety Certificate where applicable).
  • Signed Terms of Business (TOB) agreement.

How long does onboarding take?

Onboarding typically takes 5–10 working days once all documents are received. Delays usually occur if compliance certificates are missing or incomplete.

Can you help me collect compliance certificates (EPC, EICR, Gas Safety)?

Yes. LRG can arrange an EPC, EICR, or Gas Safety Certificate for you at an additional fee if you don’t already have them.

What happens once I’ve provided the required documents?

  • We verify ownership and compliance documents.
  • We arrange key collection.
  • LRG will list your property online, schedule photos, and begin marketing.
  • You’ll receive weekly updates on progress.
