Accessing your Authentication code

An authentication code is a six-digit sensitive pin which is used for web filing. It's very important to keep this information secure. 

How do I locate my Authentication code?

You can easily access your company authentication code directly from your dashboard. Please follow the steps below: 

  1. Log into your dashboard
  2. Choose the Companies menu option from the side-menu
  3. Under the overview section, you should be able to see your Authentication code.

Please note that only directors can view the authentication code on the dashboard. 

Do not share your authentication code. This is highly sensitive information. If you feel it has been compromised, please reach out to request a new one. 

How do I request a new one?

We can request a new one on your behalf. Just let our team know and we will have it sent to your registered office address. Once we receive it, we will upload it to your dashboard. it can take up to 7 days to be posted.
