Waiting for my company incorporation

Our Onboarding Team is on hand to guide you through the company incorporation process. If they require any additional information from you during the process, they will reach out to you directly to request it. 

To check your company incorporation status, log in to your GetGround dashboard and open your company page. You can see exactly which stage the process is at and whether any additional information is required from you. 

Why is my company incorporation delayed? Incorporation delays are most commonly caused by outstanding document requests or pending third-party verification. Resolving either issue promptly will speed up the process.

  1. Outstanding document requests: If GetGround has requested information from you or your shareholders, this may be causing a delay. To help move things forward as quickly as possible, please upload all required documents to your GetGround dashboard as soon as they are requested.
  2. Third-party or shareholder verification: Delays can also occur when we are waiting on identity verification or documentation from co-shareholders or other third parties involved in the incorporation. We recommend letting all relevant parties know about any outstanding requests so the process can continue without further delay.
