Waiting for my company incorporation

Our Onboarding Team is on hand to guide you through the company incorporation process. If they require any additional information from you during the process, they will reach out to you directly to request it. 

To see what stage your company incorporation is currently at, you can log in to your company page on your GetGround dashboard. From there, you can see exactly where you are in the process and whether any additional information is required from you. 

If you are experiencing delays, here are the most common causes and how to resolve them:

  1. Outstanding document requests: If GetGround has requested information from you or your shareholders, this may be causing a delay. To speed up the process, please upload all required documents to our secure portal as soon as they are requested.
  2. Third-party or shareholder verification: Delays can also occur when we are waiting on identity verification or documentation from co-shareholders or other third parties involved in the incorporation. Ensure all relevant parties are aware of any outstanding requests.
