As part of the onboarding process, we will require identification documents

Why does GetGround require ID and proof of address documents?

We require ID and proof of address documents to carry out KYC (Know Your Customer) checks on all customers. These checks are a legal and regulatory requirement. We collect these documents at two points: when you first join the platform and set up your first company, and again if we need you to refresh them at a later date. We also share these documents with your Business Account provider so that they can carry out their own required checks.

Why does GetGround take these checks seriously?
