Incorporating Your Company

We have created an efficient process which means your company is incorporated fast

How long does it take to incorporate?

With GetGround, your company is incorporated within two working days. We submit your company to Companies House once all shareholders have signed up to GetGround and all checks are complete. 

We may need to request further documents which can cause short delays

My company has been incorporated, what's next?

As soon as your company has been incorporated, you will receive an email confirmation. Once you have received this email, you will need to log in to your GetGround account to review and sign the associated legal documents. As part of your company set-up, we provide bespoke documents for your company structure which include:

  • Owner’s Loan

  • Shareholder Agreement

  • Our Terms & Conditions

  • Our Marketplace Terms & Conditions

  • Agreement with your Business Account provider

  • Other company administration documents like your share certificates and written resolutions

Your company set-up is not complete until all company documents are signed as they relate to company incorporation. 

My property address is not confirmed, should I sign?

In the event that your property address is not yet confirmed, you will still need to sign these documents. Once you have confirmed your property address and date of completion, we can amend your documents for you. We require that you inform us of the following:

  • Property address

  • Purchase price

  • Estimated Completion Date

Will I receive a letter from Companies House?

Yes. Once your company has been incorporated, you (and all directors) will receive a letter from Companies House confirming your appointment as a director. This is a standard letter and no further action is required from your end. You should, however, retain this letter for your own records.
