If you want to loan money to your BTL company from an existing personal company, we can draft an Inter-Company Loan Agreement to reflect this. Before we can proceed, all company documents must be signed — including our standard Owner's Loan Agreement — so that your company setup is complete. We may also require additional information about the company providing the funds, such as its registration details or financial records.
