Inviting a co-owner to a personal property

You can invite co-owners to your personal property. In order to do this, you will need to follow the steps below:

1. From the Portfolio page, select the relevant property under the Your properties section. 

2. From the property page, select Add your details
3. Select the Ownership menu option and select Invite joint owners
4. Choose the % of ownership. e.g. 50/50. 
5. Enter the email address and details of the co-owner
6. The co-owner will receive an email invite and will be able to join the platform

What does this mean for MTD?

This means that moving forward, all transactions, even transactions for MTD (making tax digital) will be split in line with the percentage you chose.
