What should I tell GetGround about?

Please keep us in the loop — let GetGround know as soon as any of the following happen:

  • You buy or sell a property

  • You change directors, shareholders, or PSCs (Persons with Significant Control)

  • You receive post relating to your company

  • You receive a notice from HMRC, Companies House, or your lender

  • Your contact information changes

  • Your mortgage or letting arrangements change

What happens if I delay telling GetGround?

If GetGround isn't notified promptly, delays can lead to:

  • Missed filings and penalties

  • Outdated or incorrect company records

  • Problems with tax returns or legal documents

In serious cases, your company may be struck off the Companies House register — meaning it would be legally dissolved and cease to exist.

How do I update GetGround?
