Accessing your property area
In order to access your property information, you can follow the steps below:
- From the Portfolio page
- Select Properties and choose your desired property
Overview
This will be your default page where you can get
- AI investment report on your property
- Property insights
- Property value
- Rental data
- Tax tools
Transactions
You can view all of the transactions related to your chosen property in particular to give you an insight into the income/outgoings of your property
Documents
Access your secure documents area where you will find any document related to your company/purchase.
Ownership
Is your property owned personally by you or by a company not on our platform. Not to worry, you can still add this data in so it's clear and aligns with your portfolio.
Mortgages
You can use this area as your dedicated mortgage space and even request a direct call with our mortgage specialists to help you finance your next investment
Insurance
Being a part of our platform, you also have access to landlord insurance from SuperScript. You can apply directly from your dashboard.
Lettings
You also have access to lettings and property management. You can book in time with our lettings team to help you manage your property moving forward.
