You can easily update your payment method directly from the dashboard

Updating your payment method

In order to update your payment details, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to the GetGround dashboard

  2. From the menu, select Profile.
  3. Select the Manage Billing option
  4. You will now be able to update the details

Want to use your business account details? Choose "Bacs Direct debit" and use your business account number and sort code

Viewing your Subscription

You can view your upcoming payments and plan details. 

  1. Click on the View Subscription option
  2. You can now view your plan details and which services are currently being used under each property. 

Upgrading your subscription

The Complete plan builds on your Core plan by offering additional benefits for a fully managed landlord experience. Along with all the core company management and accounting features, the Complete plan includes:

  • Tenant find and set-up
  • Comprehensive property management
  • Landlord insurance (covers buildings, landlord contents, accidental damage, owner liability, rental income protection, employers liability, and terrorism, up to £400 per property annually. Some extras, like legal protection or rent guarantee, are not included as standard, but you can add them directly with the insurer.)

To upgrade your plan, please follow the steps below

  1. Log into your dashboard
  2. Head to the Profile option on the menu
  3. Select View subscription and upgrade to Complete.
