GetGround offers three subscriptions. Basic, Core, and Complete. These are designed to match how involved you want GetGround to be in managing your property company and tax obligations.

Our Subscriptions Pricing

How is my subscription pricing determined?

The cost of your subscription depends primarily on how many properties your limited company holds. If you only have one property, you’ll pay the single-property rate. If you have two or more properties, there’s a higher rate to cover the extra complexity. 

Basic Subscription

Price: Free 

Includes:

• Full access to your company dashboard

• Digital document storage

• Access to financial statements & company data

• Support via Help Centre and email

Core Subscription

Price:  From £48/month (inc. VAT)

Includes everything in Basic, plus:

• Free self-assessment filings

• Companies House filings handled automatically

• Annual accounts prepared and filed

• Registered office & mail forwarding

Price: From £198/month (inc. VAT)

Includes everything in Core, plus:

• Landlord insurance

• Tenancy finder and set up

• Property management
