Learn when rental income is paid, how deposits are protected, and what happens if tenants miss payments.
When will I receive my rental income?
Within 5 working days of tenant payment, via BACS transfer.
How are tenant deposits handled?
Deposits are registered with a government-approved scheme (e.g., DPS, MyDeposits, or TDS) for tenant protection.
What happens if a tenant misses a payment?
LRG will pursue arrears, update you, and initiate recovery. Rent protection insurance is available for added security. LRG provides an in-house rent and legal protection option, though third-party insurers may also be used.
How will I receive statements and invoices?
Monthly landlord statements are emailed to you, with a full breakdown of rental income, fees, and deductions.
