How will my property be marketed?
LRG will:
- Arrange professional photography.
- List your property across major online platforms.
- Advertise via their network of local offices.
How will I be updated about viewings and offers?
You’ll receive weekly updates with viewing feedback and marketing performance. If an offer is received, you will be notified in real time via email with details for your approval.
What happens if an offer falls through?
Your property will immediately return to the market. You’ll be informed of the reasons, and LRG will continue sourcing tenants.
Can I allow pets or furnish the property?
Yes. Pet and furnishing policies are flexible but should be agreed before marketing. Requests are managed case by case. Some applicants may ask about pets during viewings, and LRG will confirm your preferences before responding.
