Reviewing your accounts
You can locate your accounting documents and review them directly from your 'Documents' section. Here are the documents you'd expect to see:
- Accounts
- CT600
- Corporation Tax Computation
- Trial Balance
- Working papers
Making amendments to your accounts
Once you have received your draft Company Accounts, we recommend that you look through the details to ensure that your accounts have been completed in a way that accurately reflects your company's activities.
Signing your accounts
You can easily sign your documents straight from the 'Tasks' section. You will be taken to a page which allows you to view and digitally sign your account submission. We cannot file the accounts unless all shareholders have signed the accounting. If you are having trouble with signing, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team.
Filing your accounts
As soon as all shareholders have signed off on the accounting documents, we will make sure your accounts are filed before the due date. Within this time, you can pay any corporation tax due (if applicable)

The process of signing your documents will differ depending on how many properties you have. We have provided further information below:
My company holds only one property
You can easily sign your documents straight from the 'Tasks' section. You will be taken to a page which allows you to view and digitally sign your account submission. We cannot file the accounts unless all shareholders have signed the accounting. If you are having trouble with signing, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team.
You must use a desktop device when signing the documents.
My company holds 2 (or more) properties
If your company holds two or more properties, our accountants will send you all of the relevant documents listed above directly to all shareholders to your emails via DocuSign
Making amendments to your accounts
Once you have received your draft Company Accounts, we recommend that you look through the details to ensure that your accounts have been completed in a way that accurately reflects your company's activities.
