Selling your property

As a reminder, here is what selling with GetGround gives you:

Before they do, please take two minutes to do the following:

1. Confirm you have access to the property or know who holds the keys. Flyp will need to arrange viewings and will need a clear point of contact for access.
2. Check you have the following to hand: your current tenancy agreement, service charge and ground rent figures, and your management company's contact details. Having these ready will speed up your listing going live.
3. Once signed up, its important to contact your lettings agent or management company and let them know you are selling as early as possible . Introduce them to Flyp by name so they are expecting the call. If you need help with the right wording, use this: "I am listing my property at [address] for sale through GetGround and Flyp. Someone from Flyp will be in touch to coordinate. Please assist them when they reach out."
