Set up Wise to Receive Payments from GetGround and International Banks

How do I set up a third-party payment service?

Choose a regulated third-party payment provider that suits your needs and complete their registration and verification steps. Once your account is verified, set up a UK wallet or receiving account within that service.

How do I send funds from my GetGround company account to a third-party payment service?

Use the UK wallet or account details from your chosen payment service as the recipient when initiating a transfer from your Modulr financial account. Authorise the payment using your usual GetGround security code (sent via SMS or Google Authenticator). Once the funds arrive, use the third party payment service’s interface to move money to your desired destination.

How do I receive international funds into my account using a third-party payment service?

To bring money in from an international source, first receive the funds into your third-party payment service. Provide the sender with your service’s receiving account details — typically the account name, IBAN, and SWIFT/BIC code for transfers into Europe. Once the funds settle in your third-party account, transfer them into your Modulr financial account using the GetGround account details as the recipient.

You can view your details using the steps here.

Who should I contact for help with registration or onboarding?

For questions about registration or verification, contact your chosen payment service’s support team directly. GetGround cannot create or manage third-party payment accounts on your behalf.
