How are tenants referenced and approved?
LRG uses Goodlord for referencing, which includes:
- Previous landlord references
- Employment references
- Credit history
- Right to Rent compliance
What happens if a tenant is unresponsive after moving in?
LRG will attempt contact via multiple channels. If unresolved, you’ll be informed and legal steps may be considered.
How do I renew a tenancy?
LRG will contact you ahead of renewal. Options include fixed-term renewal, rolling periodic tenancy, or remarketing.
What happens if I want to terminate management?
You’ll need to give notice as per your TOB agreement. Outstanding invoices must be settled before release.
