Updating your personal address

To update your personal address, you'll need to submit the following:

  • Proof of address document
  • The date you moved to your new address

Documents we accept for proof of address

We accept the following documents as proof of address:

  • Bank statement.
  • Utility bill.
  • Government letter
  • Home or car insurance document.
  • Tenancy agreement

Your proof of address document must clearly show your full name and address, and must be dated within the last 3 months. Documents older than 3 months will not be accepted.

Updating your contact details

To update your contact details, fill out this form. We'll use this information to verify your account and update your details. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.

If your phone number is linked to two-factor authentication (2FA), it will need to be reset before your contact details can be updated. Please contact our support team (via the Help Centre or live chat) to request this reset before submitting the form.
