Updating your personal address

To update your personal address, please provide:

  • Proof of address document
  • The date you moved into your new address

Documents we accept for proof of address

We accept the following documents as proof of address:

  • Bank Statement
  • Utility Bill
  • Government Letter
  • Home/Car Insurance Document
  • Tenancy Agreement

Your proof of address must clearly show your name and full address, and be dated within the last 3 months.
