Uploading Documents

You have a secure and dedicated safe space for all of your important company documentation

Locating your documents

You can locate and manage your documents by following these easy steps:

  1. From the 'Portfolio' page, select 'Documents'

  2. You can filter by 'document type', 'Company' and 'Property'

To upload a document, press 'Upload document' from the top-left corner

Types of documents

It is completely up to you which documents you choose to upload to the 'Documents' section. However, we usually see the following:

  • Company incorporation documents (we upload these for you)
  • Receipts/Invoices
  • Important documentation about your property
  • Rental statements
  • Mortgage statements

You can categorise your documents to help make sure the accounts submission is a smooth process. 

Receiving post on behalf of your company

Our dedicated postal team are on hand to make sure that any correspondence we receive on behalf of your company is received and uploaded to the 'Documents' section. This makes sure that you are always up to date with your company and do not miss any important correspondence. 

We will notify you by email when we receive the post.
