Using the Property Value Insight

What is the Property Value Insight?

This tool shows your total portfolio value based on the information you provide about your properties.

How to use this feature

To activate Property Value Insight, navigate to the Property Value Insight section in your portfolio dashboard, click Add missing information, and fill in your property details including purchase price, market valuation, and address.

  1. Navigate to the Property Value Insight section in your portfolio dashboard.

  2. Click Add missing information.

  3. Fill in key property details:

    • Purchase price

    • Market valuation — the current estimated market value of the property

    • Property address

What’s the benefit?

Property Value Insight gives you a real-time overview of how your investments are performing and the total current worth of your portfolio — all in one place.

The displayed value is an estimate and may not reflect the exact market value of your property.

Common issues

  • Values missing or incorrect? Ensure you’ve provided full property details.

  • Graph not loading? The graph appears once you have added details for at least one property. If the issue persists after adding your property details, please contact our support team.
