Using the Property Value Insight

What is the Property Value Insight?

This tool shows your total portfolio value based on the information you provide about your properties.

How to use this feature

To activate Property Value Insight, navigate to the Property Value Insight section in your portfolio dashboard, click Add missing information, and fill in your property details including purchase price, market valuation, and address.

  • Navigate to the Property Value Insight section in your portfolio dashboard.

  • Click Add missing information.

  • Fill in key property details like:

    • Purchase price

    • Market valuation

    • Property address

     

What’s the benefit?

Get a real-time overview of how your investments are performing and how much your portfolio is worth.

Please note that the value is an estimate and may not always show the true valuation of the property. 

Common issues

  • Values missing or incorrect? Ensure you’ve provided full property details.

  • Graph not loading? It will appear once enough data is added.
