What Source of Funds (SOF) documents should I provide?
We require evidence of the source of funds being used to fund your property purchase(s). This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) requirement.
This is different to proof of funds. We don't just need to see that you have the required funds to purchase the property, but also where these funds originated from. We need to understand both where and how you got the money you will be using for the purchase.
Below is a list of the required documents depending on your source of funds. You must provide documentation for every source of funds listed on your declaration form.

If the remortgage amount has been paid out we would need a bank statement showing the money entering your account. |

Please note: providing fewer documents than required will likely cause delays to your purchase. Follow the requirements above as closely as possible to keep things on track.
