When Will I Receive My UTR?

Your UTR (Unique Taxpayer Reference) is a 10-digit code issued by HMRC to your company upon incorporation. GetGround will receive it on your behalf, and you will have one UTR per company.

Generally, HMRC will issue your UTR within 3-6 weeks, though this may vary depending on HMRC's current workload. As soon as we receive your UTR, we'll add it to your GetGround company dashboard so you can access it at any time.

If you haven't received your UTR after 6 weeks, you can request a copy directly from HMRC using their online request form.
